Meet The Morgan's

Mary & Duane Morgan

Our company was founded in October 2003 by Mary and Duane Morgan. Duane has been in the HVAC industry for over 42 years and state licensed since 1986. Mary has extensive experience in customer service and has been office manager for over 40 years. Our son, Jeremy, has been with Morgan’s Kool Air full time since 2014 and was issued his state license in March of 2023. We are a 3 generation state licensed family starting with Grandpa Morgan in 1984. We have lived in the Magnolia area for over 35 years and have enjoyed growing our business in the Greater Houston area. We pride ourselves as being one of the first HVAC companies that has developed installation procedures for New Foam insulated homes. With over 20 years experience in this field, we are considered one of the best.

Jeremy Morgan

A native of Magnolia, Texas, Jeremy has spent his entire life here. He is part of several organizations that work with local law enforcement. Not only does he care about his community, but with 12 years of experience under his belt, he is now an accomplished third-generation HVAC contractor specializing in cutting-edge inverter technology solutions. To better serve you in matters of air conditioning repair service, Jeremy has received extensive education. His dedication to continuous learning allows him to handle any issue thrown at him. Together with his father, who's had a successful career spanning forty plus years, there isn't much they haven't seen or done. Jeremy takes pride in doing things the right way and by the book.

  I have used Morgan's Kool Air for years.  They installed my heat pump.  My mother's AC stopped working.  Called them and they checked and the 5 yr warranty was out by 30 days.  They got the company to honor the warranty.  My 91 year old mother would have been in a hot house but Morgan's Kool Air immediately brought her a window unit and set it up at no charge so she would have cool air until they replaced the compressor.  This is the best company.  They are honest and I highly recommend them.  I will always be grateful for them looking out for my mother.
